    1. Will try it out this week. Had a bruschetta dish on our vacation in Florida and was thinking I need to look up a good recipe to make at home. Thanks!!

      1. You’re welcome, Shona! I usually have some of the tomato mixture left over and it is SO good over hot angel hair pasta, or on homemade pizza or for meat/fish eaters … over grilled fish or chicken. Let me know how you like it.

  1. I had your guac over 15 years ago and still haven’t forgotten how delicious it is!! Can’t wait to recreate this mouth watering receipe! ❤️

    1. Julia!!!! Girl, you should’ve just asked me for the recipe again! I will gladly share ANY recipe. Please let me know how it turns out. 💗

        1. Julia, I forgot to list the tomatoes when I posted this recipe. I surely hope you haven’t made it yet and you have tomatoes.

  2. Kim- what a blessing! This is a perfect outlet for your “fans” like me to follow you!!! Thanks sis!!!

  3. Aw Mrs. Burrell I cannot wait to make some of your recipes they look so good. And I’m so proud of you. A fan forever. 🙂

  4. I can’t wait to try your guacamole recipe! It looks delicious! I am a sucker for chips and guacamole too. Have you had the chips at Taco Fresco? I’ve heard (cough-cough) you can buy a huge paper bag of them to go;)

    1. Oh my gosh, Steph, those are my FAVORITE chips and the ones I was referring to in my ‘smuggle’ comment. We buy them by the bag for home. Let me know what you think of the guac recipe.

  5. I’ve had lots of your yummy food but can you believe I’ve never had your guac? What…??? We will have to fix that.

Carrying spices to “enhance” ones guac is a must. A little shake here and a little shake there…. And walah!!!
